Personal Training

Body Composition Analysis - $15

Assess your current status at any time with a body composition analysis. Learn your weight, body fat percentage, fat mass, fat-free mass, basal metabolic rate, and body mass index from our Tanita scale. Visit the Legacy Dodge Fitness Centre to drop in for your body composition analysis. One of our Sport & Fitness Specialists are able to assist you.

Fitness Classes

Fall into fitness! Build strength in HPTC Flex, get a sweat on with Spinsanity, or repair & recover with a Hips & Hammies Yoga. MIP Members can book classes up to 7 days in advance, and non-members can book up to 3 days in advance. Fall Fitness Classes are taking place September 6 - December 17.

Please note: The Studio at MIP has moved! You can find your favourite classes on level one of Suncor Community Leisure Centre, across from the Curling Rink.

    • A full body workout that involves body weight and resistance training to sculpt the arms, glutes, legs and core.

    • A total body workout giving you a mixture of HIIT, resistance training, circuits and core burnouts.

      • Get moving to the beat of the music with this choreographed barre fitness class! Using low weights & high reps, mixed with cardio to bump up that heart rate - this class will leave you feeling sweaty & energized!
    • Rhythm Spin
      • Stepping out of your comfort zone never felt better - get ready to sprint, climb, & work those arms with this high energy, full body spin class set to a wide variety of popular music!
    • Spinsanity
      • Get your daily dose of high intensity, cardio training through this exhilarating, calorie burning spin class.
    • Zumba®
      • A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
    • Yoga Flow
      • Set your intention to connect your body & breath in a traditional, yoga flow practice. All levels welcome. 
    • Easy Yoga
      • Cultivate relaxation and contentment in this 1 hour Easy Yoga practice friendly for all levels.
    • Hips & Hammies Yoga
      • Develop and maintain healthy hip mobility while stretching out the hamstrings. This practice is designed to help soften and release tension in the most common areas, the hips and the hamstrings.
    • HPTC Flex
      • Execute technical barbell lifts such as deadlifts, squats, presses and more, through traditional strength and bodyweight training.
    • HPTC HIIT
      • This circuit style class involves a series of low to high intensity workouts combined with periods of rest to maximize your workout.

      Legacy Dodge Fitness CentreLegacy Dodge Fitness Centre

      The Legacy Dodge Fitness Centre has everything you need to break a sweat. With over 15,000 sq ft of training space, the Fitness Centre is home to a wide variety of fitness equipment including dumbbells, benches, weight and cardio machines such as rowers, bikes, treadmills and steppers. Not a fan of the treadmill? Located above the Fitness Centre is the Indoor Running Track, 200 metres of track with four lanes dedicated to walking, jogging or running.
